Bye Bye August

As August unwinds itself, I would say it was an uneventful month! Of course there was a birthday celebration but it was not a huge party.

Birthday spent at the temple

We did walk a lot around our neighborhood trials and enjoyed all the wild flowers. We hope to do one more long walk on the trial tomorrow before the cold weather starts settling in. I think the 90 degree farenheit we reached today must be the last one for 2024!

Love wild flowers

Navaratri starts October first week. I have to thank my son’s program facilitator again this year for making some stuff to give to my guests.

Gifts made with clay

We did two craft pieces at his program (again thanks to Linda), we decided to copy the same and do more at home. I hope to incorporate the same in my display. So August has been productive that way.

All summer, I took my boy to his program at a park. We parked near a small water fall but did not enjoy the whole beauty until today. So to finish off August here are some pictures of the same.

  1. That’s a nice waterfall with the stone wall. The clay creations are pretty. Thank you for your weekend coffee share.
