There are three apps!

What app eats up most of your screen time — and do you even feel bad about it?

I am guilty! I am not guilty! I am guilty! I am not guilty!

My mindset as I scroll through my reels and check my phone!

Jetpack, Whatsapp and facebook are the three most watched apps on my phone.

I am super smart. I watch Amazon Prime and YouTube on my TV. That screen time is not added to my phone.

I would like to reduce my phone screen time but I have lost that battle. I also keep my phone charged so that it acts as a landline and not as a mobile one.

A long day ahead. Signing off now.

  1. Jetpack, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are my vices. I scroll more than I probably should and could use that time for other things. 😂🤭 But they also do bring me mental respite from the daily grind!

  3. What an honest, humorous, and relatable post! 😄📱

Your playful back-and-forth—”I am guilty! I am not guilty!”—perfectly captures the inner dialogue so many of us have with our phones. It made me smile because it’s a struggle almost everyone can identify with.

I also enjoyed your clever observation about watching Amazon Prime and YouTube on the TV instead of the phone. That was a lighthearted twist! 😊

    1. Those Youtube minutes on TV screen do not count as screen time.

  4. A very honest confession and I suspect many of us are quietly guilty of the exact same thing! 😄

  5. I absolutely relate, though my scrolling happens on some other apps (like Reddit). I don’t keep my phone charged because that will lead to faster battery decline, but I rarely take it anywhere either.
