Dealing with uncertainty!

How do you deal with uncertainty?

How about taking one day at a time?

Thinking too far ahead about a problem is not going to help us but it just increases our anxiety.

Yesterday, I attended an orientation class for a program. To begin with the program was for kids but adults too were encouraged to participate! I think I binge ate so much for lunch. As I went through the orientation I understood I can’t do that program. a humble acceptance! The binge eating just added calories and I was outside at 9 pm trying to walk it off!

Special Olympics practices begins for my son today! Being on time is encouraged! It would help him with being in the group doing warm up exercises! With my son, it is a huge uncertainty! Ha ha, I have been thinking of how I am going to transition his evening time 😀😀! The real uncertainty!

Okay, for that fact, will take one hour at a time! No use worrying about it!😀

Have you seen the 36th Chamber of Shaolim movie! I was told about the above bucket scene and said the program was supposed to be that rigid! Youtube video above of the same! My husband said my son needs that kind of coaching and implied it was not me 🤷‍♀️!

Labor Day plans were just finalized! Just a weekend roadtrip! That uncertainty done and dusted! Anyway we humans love to walk inside a running train!

Happy Monday All!

  1. Good luck and have fun with the practice! Sounds like fun even with the evening routine adjustments.

And have a wonderful time over Labour Day. We’re gonna take it easy and rest up for middle school. But may sneak in a hike nearby!

    1. After a three month break, I am
having a hard time with transitions🤣! But, Yes, it is worth the anxiety.

  2. Enjoy your special moments
