Hydration

My second kid told me I should drink a lot of water. You see people carrying water bottles all the time. I walk with my young man and I do not have that luxury. I can loose him or the bottle when things go sideways! Anyhow I have to find a tight water bottle that can go into my backpack. When I am with my whole family my second kid and my husband carry all our hydration needs.

Ar home I have tried to sip water all through the day. My second one did get me a water cup for Christmas. It is now getting frequently filled. My young man is not in favor of plain H2O. He loves sugary drinks. So I have filled a water cup for him too!

My humble attempt to get myself hydrated and my young man hydrated!

Anyhow this is not latest fashion. Even in olden days sages carried kamandalam or Ambu paatram! Old ways are coming back again!

My Saturday is definitely relaxed! I had time to write about water bottles 😃! “ Go me”!

  1. Cute cups to help remind you to drink more water. Glad they have lids. The ones I have do too, because I tend to spill and knock things over accidentally. haha 🙂
