The Iris have been resilient. These rhizomes came out of the ground, picture taken January 17th 2023. It was a warm week. I was worried what would happen to them if the cold returned.
Not only the cold returned back the next week we had a very cold April. They did not complain about Mother Nature. They adjusted to the change and did their job! We have beautiful blooms this week!
