I am a very practical person. I am not going to say money does not bring happiness. We all need money. Nothing is free in this world. Medical field is advanced and treatments are expensive. Every penny helps and it does bring peace to our everyday life. I have a special needs adult son and for him to lead a full life he needs money and that is very important even after us passing away.
That said, happiness is something external is what people think. It is internal. If we think a particular car or a piece of jewelry is going to bring happiness it would. Same goes eating a cake or watching a sport. If we think we are going to get happiness doing the same we are going to get it.
People visit different places in search of peace and happiness. I would say it is up to them in determining and not the place or thing to find peace and happiness.
Isn’t the human brain so interesting? We can sit at home, have a bowl of soup and watch something on the television and be happy or dine at a fancy restaurant and attend FIFA World Cup games in person wearing an expensive jersey and be happy too.
Love these new philosophical prompts.
Anyway missed posting my son’s cooking last week and here is something we made together this week.

A simple mint rice in an instant pot we made last week.

Shallots and tomato chutney to spread on the dosa and a coconut chutney for the side was our cooking video this week. We both were tired by the time this was done. I did make the dosa for this picture but my son can make good dosas but he couldnโt do it that day.
Hope you all have a very happy day๐!
