Small improvements!

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

I need to get more reading glasses and keep it all around the house! Atleast a pair for each room! I keep missing the one pair I have 😊!

Jokes apart I really should not be irritable or feel self pity for myself. If I do I should be able to come out of that mood.

Looks like a small improvement but a huge task on hand. Whenever my son has a bad day I do an activity he is really good at and end the day on a positive note. That way the day not only ends good the irritability and self pity can end.

A lot of therapies and tricks I do with my young man can be applied to anyone and it looks like it is not limited to autistic people.

Happy Hump Day All!

  2. One small improvement I could make is learning to pause for five seconds before turning every ordinary conversation into a philosophical argument . The world probably does not need my brain immediately converting dandelions, Morris dancing, marathon suffering, and reggae slang into sound bites — but then again, civilization itself may depend on this exact level of nonsense. So perhaps the real improvement is balance: one less rabbit hole per day, and one more walk outside to work the pigeon droppings into the top soil. 🦇
