What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
I wrote Monday morning that I had a looong work week ahead. Yup, two major appointments done and yet it is just Thursday morning. I really want this week to be over and it looks like it is taking forever.
The one constant I have been having in my life for the past eight years has been my 10,000 steps a day. In fact my better half too does it and I never miss it. Just very rarely, like when I am sick. Yesterday around 8.30 pm I was nowhere close to my 10,000 steps and I had to pull myself out to get that.
A simple good habit.
What happens when the weather turns bad? If the situation repeats? I just put on my favorite murder mystery and will not sit until I reach my steps. Yes, walk 2000 steps in front of my television 🙂!

The pace is not great but the target achieved 🙂!
