What is a word you feel that too many people use?
After a month of no rains, woke up today to thunderstorms and lightning! Summer time rains feel good as the smell of the soil makes us feel things. For me it is nostalgic. I can associate with different things from my past.
We have sunrise at 6.20 am and sunset at 8.21 pm. Yes, the days are becoming shorter and a sense of sadness creeps in. I was just thinking what I should do when winter rolls in. I love December here with the festive mood. But when January sets in every one gets depressed. I was thinking maybe I should try to do something in January and February that has my adrenaline kicked in. I am not going for a beach vacation then but committing myself to something to make me happy getting up every day inspite of the weather being too cold!
Yes, depression or depressed is one word that too many people use nowadays. As a mother who has child with so many psychological issues and who makes a trip to the psychiatrist every three months I feel it is being over used.
Yes our brain does make us feel happy or sad due to multiple reasons but remember there are many things that can make you not feel down.
Anyhow checked the weather and it is going to rain all day today. Have to plan some indoor activities and get the ball rolling for my young man.

A few days back I was wearing a pair of glass bangles but I removed them as they were a bit loose. I put it on my center table. For me every time I look at that, it makes me happy and I haven’t removed them from that spot. So when I had my coffee or should I say cappuccino yesterday I had to take a picture. The cappuccino, the candle and the pair of bangles all give me happiness.
