Experiences!

Loved watching the chipmunk eating the acorn! I could hear the noise!

We have people coming to install a new furnace. The old furnace is not gone but it may give up anytime! The last time we changed our furnace it was 0 degrees farenheit and it was a torture, finding men and equipment! So we are being proactive this time, setting it up on a nice fall day! This is called learning from a life lesson. Time does fly! This was 2013!

Failures are stepping stones to success people say but I would say life experiences are also stepping stones. You keep winning or nothing bad happens to you nothing gets learnt!

I have not put away my display! We are doing it slowly this year! I want to mark the boxes better! I want to enjoy the process of packing! The weather looks great and I am not rushing things. Again, experience of messing things up in past making me think twice!

By the way, no more leftovers in the refrigerator I can order food 😀! It is a holiday for my kitchen in the middle of the week! Just enjoying and relaxing!

  1. Ganga ji, you clearly know how to turn life’s lessons into quiet wisdom — whether it’s replacing a furnace before it quits, packing a display slowly and with care, or giving the kitchen a well-deserved holiday. There’s a beautiful balance in the way you’re enjoying the process instead of rushing it. Wishing you many more peaceful fall days, crunchy acorn moments, and relaxing midweek breaks. 🌿✨

  2. What a lovely example of learning from life’s experiences! 😊 Being proactive about the furnace is certainly wiser than waiting for an emergency in freezing weather. And I absolutely agree that life experiences, both good and bad, are stepping stones to wisdom.

Did your furnace only last 13 years or got repaired 13 years ago? I have a new furnace too. That is a baby squirrel in your tree. It looks like a chipmunk but it is not.

  4. Smart of you to stay on top of the furnace situation before winter comes! We do the same with our air conditioner in the late spring.
