Made my 10,000 steps today! I really wanted to make 5,000 steps for my evening walk alone but after a busy evening of cooking and extreme heat just did a mile or 2500 steps.
During summer it is very easy to get my 10,000 steps. But during winter, I really need to plan and put in an effort to get the same. Today, I was out of my house in my yard despite the heat. After 8 pm, the temperature did drop and it was comfortable to do the mile walk which is not possible during a cold wave.
A prompt asking my readers to cheer me for 5,000 steps. But I am posting 10,000 steps so go ahead and give me a double cheer.
