A little about freedom!

What does freedom mean to you?

I put myself on a diet and loose my freedom to eat!

I set up an alarm and loose the freedom to sleep, fearing the sound of the alarm.

I look myself in my closet and the mirror and feel none of my clothes suit me and loose the freedom to dress.

I imagine what others would think of me and loose the freedom to live!

These are just a few of the things that makes us loose the freedom we have when we are living a healthy lives. Imagine when we start getting old and start depending on people for our day to day needs! Our freedom to live independently slowly vanishes.

Enjoy the freedom you have today and make the best of it.

  1. The freedom to be ourselves – is the greatest freedom!

  2. This is a very honest and thought-provoking piece. What makes it powerful is how you take everyday routines—dieting, alarms, clothing, even self-image—and show how easily they can turn into small forms of pressure that quietly restrict our sense of freedom.

There’s a strong emotional progression here: from personal discipline → to self-judgment → to fear of others’ opinions → and finally to a broader reflection on aging and dependence. That shift gives the writing depth and meaning beyond just daily habits.
