Hyperactive mind!

When do you feel most productive?

This is Marathon weekend. We have personal work so missing on the 5k race. I feel as if I am doing something wrong for my son missing the event but I am not! If you keep doing something and not do, the not doing action makes you unproductive.

Yesterday before going to bed I wiped off my bathroom mirror. I had dream of cleaning all the mirrors and windows! Ha ha, yesterday evening I was thinking about it and the anxiety caught up on me in the form of a dream or should I call a nightmare!

If I let go of a vegetable or a fruit rot I feel guilty about the non utilization of it. Yet, an unripe cantaloupe went to the garabage.

That said, I push myself! My son has man trained for work and reward, for almost a quarter century! So my days are always productive one way or another!

It is a cloudy day outside and yet I am up on my two feet hoping to make the best of it and be productive 🙂!

  1. Sometimes we get tied to the image of being productive all the time.

  2. This is a very honest and human reflection—full of small, relatable tensions that many people feel but rarely articulate so clearly.

What stands out is your awareness of how the mind attaches meaning to “doing” and “not doing,” sometimes turning ordinary choices into emotional weight. The way you describe guilt around missing events, or even something as simple as unused food, shows a strong sense of responsibility—but also how easily that responsibility can extend beyond what’s actually necessary.

  3. You’re doing so much already… missing one 5k doesn’t change that.🤍✨
And it’s okay to pause sometimes productivity doesn’t define your care 😊

    You’re doing enough 💫🤍✨
