And it is that awareness day again!

My social media is flooded with Autism Awareness day as I skim through it!

Awareness is not for a day! Awareness is not enough with just blue lights and a piece of puzzle.

Awareness is being empathetic of everyday living and struggles of the child, parents and the siblings.

Awareness is not giving unsolicited advice to parents! I emphasize more since people who have no clue about autism are more to advice 🙂!

Oh I can write more but my young man who will be thirty next year is out with his shoes on, waiting to go out! An almost thirty year old who still depends on his parents for everything! Lot to accomplish and not much time to spread awareness!

    Absolutely beautiful! I love reading your blog. It always makes me smile. My son was diagnosed at 3. He’s now 27. I get where you are coming from!
