Do you say “no”?

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

I have been a soft person all my life. But lately I seem to have found say “no” for some of my comforts.

Yes, years of being a caregiver and now at middle aged, I really want some comfort in my life. So it is not goals that I am saying “no” to but for my physical well being.

I used to be a person who could adjust to anything in life! I have realized that it is okay to say “no” I need more comfort.

My mom always said, you need a wall to draw your art! I am that wall and my young man the art! I have started realizing that!😊

The coffee and cinnamon bun was an excellent combo after a long day’s work yesterday!
