Changing the mood!

My young man experiences mood swings. That is a part of his disability package. The anxiety amd mood swings go hand in hand.

But I do too experience it! However positive I maybe there are days when I feel overwhelmed and down with my situation. I can comvince myself that I have a good roof over my head, great food to eat and appropriate clothes for that I should be happy! But it is not the case always. We do want something more.

So call it that day today! A foggy, rainy day 😃! Much better than the arctic frozen tundra it was last momth. But my mood has been low since I got up inspite of a great night sleep and a wonderful coffee.

I say to myself it is okay to feel bad. I am not judging myself. Let that moody stage pass and I am going to be back to a more energetic myself again.

Just like a magician’s magic box I have an arsenal of things to he relased to keep me going. Of course blogging about it is one.

So off to getting on to a good mood!

Got this succulent few months back! Have been killing a few but this has survived. Supposed to go into a pot me and my young man painted together but ended up being too big. Plants do help with mood change. So posting my dear succulents over here!

  1. Lovely plant. I like the brass lamp in the backdrop.

Ganga , mood swings can be due to hormonal changes in the body. You should take supplements for nutritional deficiencies. It happens and I faced this problem of nutrition erosion recently. Perhaps I should write about that.

Cheer up! You are a Power House of energy and strength!!

    1. Yes, it is hormonal. I can feel
that. Looks like I have to move a bit more and eat better. You are right about supplements. My son takes a lot of them.
The lamp is a Kerala original 😀! Something I look and keep myself smiling!

  2. Some days feel heavy, and that is okay. Letting it pass is strength.
