Love is in the air or not?

Everywhere I turn around it is Valentine’s Day stuff. From coffee cups at the coffee shop to the gym, I see hearts everywhere. Yesterday I posted pictures from Costco of all the different kinds of bouquets available there. Still no love in our household since we have not purchased any flowers this weekend.

Valentine’s Day is Saturday this year and the restaurants are going to be crowded. I may as well cook at home is my thought process right now. We go to Indian restaurants most Saturdays and I think it is not worth the trip.

Am I being a Valentine’s Day Grinch? I do not know. Maybe all the cold weather has frozen my heart. Hopefully the sun should warm it and maybe I come up with something for my family to show my love and affection towards them!

    I forgot it’s Valentine’s Day today until Aparna greets me🤭 then, followed Mama. Enjoy your Valentine’s Day, Ganga, nevertheless.

    Not a Grinch at all! A home-cooked meal sounds like a much warmer and more special way to show your love than battling crowded restaurants. I’m sure your family will feel the affection in that gesture. Hope the sun warms your heart Ganga and inspires a delicious dinner🌷🤝
