What are your favorite sports to watch and play?

The Patriots are off to Super Bowl. Steelers have changed their head coach. News channels enlightened me with this news. Other than that I am not into sports nowadays.

Cricket is a huge part of Indians. My husband would be watching highlights of games but I am not asking him questions.

My interest in sports is coming down as I age. I am just curious why that is the case!

Then I asked AI if walking a 5k was a sport and it said “Yes”. We did multiple of these events with our young man last year and we finished off a 5k Christmas Eve.

I missed on blogging about it because we were traveling the next day. So here are some pictures from that day.

Free coffee or hot chocolate from traveling Tom’s. We waited an hour patiently to get one in the cold!

So when we think of sports it is always something huge. But just being active is sports! 2025 was very busy with hikes and walks. Let’s see what 2026 has store for us.

    People always get caught up in this notion that they need to do some dangerous sport to be sporty.

    You prove exactly the opposite. We are meant to move. We can do so however we enjoy.

    Good on you for pointing this out, sharing your experience, and recognizing that activity itself is the goal. More people need to do this so that we build toward healthier futures.
