Name an attraction or town close to home that you still haven’t got around to visiting.
I find this prompt to be lucky. I checked what I wrote last year and I am happy to declare or announce I did visit that attraction.

We visited the Allegheny Portage Railroad historic site last summer. The closest National Park site to us.
So on this cold winter 🥶 day and with a winter storm warning I want to write about a road side attraction. A two hour drive for us. It is on highway I 76 with a detour and other than being a fun stop there is nothing much to it.
The Big Coffee Pot built in the 1920s was on the then, Lincoln Highway to attract customers. If you are a coffee person this a stop for you all to take a picture and enjoy the moment.

Let me see if I make it this spring or summer.
