There aren’t many colors?

The mall was not crowded yesterday. My young man was really happy to be there since we have been avoiding due to crowds the past weekend. He was scanning for junk and my eyes were scanning shops that sold girly stuff.

Having boys and me not a person who is into dressing up, a lot of stores hasn’t been on my radar. I was thinking about a period when me and my husband used to talk how we missed having a girl. But as time passed and the boys growing up that talk slowly diminished.

Having boys really changed the trajectory of my life and the color of my house. Politics, weather and sports are our household casual conversation topics and anything more doesn’t interest the men in my house.

Ha! The chain of thoughts! Maybe it is time for me to change some colors around my house. On a second thought, I am too lazy to do that. The basketball season is on and I am fine hearing about the Celtics win.

Loved the mug which said “Thermostat Police”. There is a constant power struggle over the thermostat in our house 😀!

    These days, year-end sales on outfits has hooked up my wife. Trips to the outlets is bound to happen but after our son gets through with his mid-year exams.
