As a Gen X person, I am interested in learning anything and everything. I am not too old to say, “oh I am old” and not a Gen Z or an alpha to ignore something that is happening around me.

Two things the past year has interested me. One I saw physically outside in parking lots and the other the word of the year.

I have been noticing rubber ducks lined up on jeeps. First, I thought I was seeing the same jeep but later started noticing most of the jeeps were lined up with cute rubber ducks. When my younger son did club swimming, whenever he finished a race, he would be given a rubber duck, and I do have a quiet a collection of the same. So, these caught my attention. So, I had to google and find about the same and here is the link.

Then there are these numbers 6 7 mentioned everywhere on the internet. Seems 6 7 is going to be word of the year. Curiosity got the better of me. Of course, AI came up with the answer.

By the way, I keep hearing the acronym BGM and for a long time did not know what it meant. Ha! It is just background music.

I had a few extra minutes on hand, and I just wanted to share what I learnt this year. I thought I should share on my blog.

By the way, I should say, “These are epic”. Just trying to quote like a Gen Z.
