A rest day?

Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

There was an advertisement in our mall that showed, the mall was open 24 hrs. It gave a link to an online mall shopping page.

Oh boy! We do not have any holidays, weekends or a snow or a bad weather day. You can work, learn and keep doing things with your phone without any break. The pandemic really showed us that side of life. The world jumped into online living.

The downside to it. It looks like we do not have any rest or a holiday and feel unproductive when we just sit and do nothing.

I bow myself and declare I have this bad attitude. I feel I am unproductive on a rest day. I have to change that.

Rest day is one that is not planned. I will start from there. IF I DO EXECUTE one, will let you all know how it went.
