Peace

Are you holding a grudge? About?

We all hold grudges for one thing or another. We are humans and not saints remember? We may have hard feelings over things. Yes, I too have had instances in my life like that. But over the years I have learnt it is not going to help me in any way.

When you have your child diagnosed with autism, the first person you are angry with is the Almighty. Of course I have been angry so much over the years and it had been a journey of accepting the diagnosis and moving from there. Once I learnt to accept my current situation my mind became much calmer, I was more happy and I could be more productive.

Unlike other prompts, this one can really stir up things 😊. Yup, I am not going to fall prey to this question.

I am a peace ☮️ loving person. Yup, I can have my moments but as I said, anger or grudge do not take you forward. It just stalls your growth.

There are so many beautiful things in this world that we can enjoy, why do we need to hold grudges?

  1. Absolutely. Holding grudges only keeps us stuck. Acceptance and peace allow us to grow and focus on the beautiful things in life.

  2. Beautifully said—acceptance transforms pain into peace. Letting go of grudges is like opening windows for fresh air to flow in. The calm and strength in your words reflect a heart that has chosen love over bitterness. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
