Gardening is therapeutic, being near a water source is therapeutic, listening to soothing music is therapeutic, these are a few I have mentioned in my blogs that I use for my young man.
In this day and age of advanced meds, life span of a human has definitely increased. But many say the quality of life is not so great as they are dependent on medications and complain about the side effects.
So what can we do? Of course do somethings that are therapeutic 😀!
Finally I am back on track doing wordle on NYT and I was thinking this too was therapeutic! The mini crossword looks blank when I open, then as I start filling it up, things start falling in place. As I finish, I feel a sense of accomplishment! Isn’t it good for our mental health? 😀
By the way, I am writing all this to reinforce about therapeutic for myself 😀, and not advising anyone!
