What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Exercise is hard! It requires time and a process that can be painful too. You learn about new muscles that exist after a workout!
So what can make it easy? Maybe group exercises? I have never been to one in person like a pilates class or a yoga class? Supporting each other in the process should make it fun I think 🤔!
I have seen people going for a walk alone hearing music or making a phone call. I have done both. Yes, they do distract us from the tough task at hand (or legs). 😀
Maybe working out along with an instructor on Youtube! Our family has done this. Walk at home videos, they try to make it fun.
I do zumba classes in person with my young man once a month. It is customized for special needs. I love the idea of exercising to music😀.
This is all I can think about for now. Love to read other bloggers’ view point on this! For me exercise is hard and I would do anything to avoid it😀! So looking for fun ideas!
