Me 100!

Write a letter to your 100-year-old self.

Congratulations for making to 100.

Living a healthy life style and mentally being stable has what got you here to see not only your grandchildren but great grandchildren too!

It has shown that I have corrected myself of my mistakes like not being like a touch me not plant!

Reacting to each and every thing happening in our life doesn’t need reaction. This really keeps your mental health good.

Getting rid of fear, another weakness must have been solved and glad that made my life extend to see future generations.

That the basic mental health was established, binge eating and junk eating would have stopped. This has lead to a healthy eating habit and exercise schedule.

Kudos for following all the above to reach this milestone birthday! Ypu deserve this piece of cake! Enjoy your day with family and friends.

  2. What a lovely letter to your future self. At one point, I really wanted to hit the century mark – as a Canadian and member of the Commonwealth, I’d get a letter from the monarch of the day.

  3. Wow, such a great letter! My grandma used to say she wanted to reach 100 just so she could get flowers from the mayor. She died at 94 and I’m happy in a sense that she did, because if she’d made it to 100, she’d have had too endure COVID and particularly the lockdowns/shelter-in-place orders would’ve been detrimental to her.

    1. When you live long, you experience not only the good but the bad and ugly too! It was an ugly period.

  4. Reaching 100 is quite the achievement—outliving most trends, hairstyles, and probably a few governments. It’s funny how life works; at 20, we think we know everything, at 40, we realize we know nothing, and by 100, we’re just happy if we remember where we put our glasses. But wisdom isn’t about knowing it all—it’s about knowing which things aren’t worth worrying about. Here’s to hoping future-you enjoys cake without counting calories and naps without guilt!
