Writing family stories

You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?

“You looked at the approaching train and laughed out loud”.

That would be my opening sentence. Who said and why you can read in my autobiography once that is published 😀!

I have heard about story worth and I think it is a great place to share and save your stories for future generations.

I was very lucky to grow up with both sets of grandparents and have heard so many stories and my parents have also added to those! I know about my great grandparents and I think I am privileged in that way. I remember staying with one set of great grandparents and I would love to log in those experiences. Maybe one day I would have a chance to do that. I may not publish a book but a great grandchild of mine who loves stories can read about it from storyworth.

Until then there is my blog!

Oh! It would be great if kids read and respond our texts with more than a single letter! I do not think anyone this generation are going to read their family member’s autobiography 😀!

  1. I agree with you about the next generation’s lack of interest in our autobiography, if we ever write any.
