Thanks to my bi monthly maid service, my house is clean! Before we started our service, a company staff showed up one day and toured the house. She told us, the maids wouldn’t be picking up things and they would just be cleaning the house!

Thanks to that instruction, me and my husband spend some time picking up stuff before the crew arrives! Ha ha, we had to be organized otherwise they do not do a good job! We can’t ask them questions! I think we spend 30 to 45 minutes of picking up stuff before they arrive! I know a couple of people who do not have maid service for the exact same reason (that you need to do some work before the crew arrives).

Anyhow, I love spring cleaning and I dispose off old things fast. My husband is more of a pack rat! But off late, he has been cleaning the kitchen so good after I finish cooking! He says that is kind of therapeutic! I am all for it!

I have an OCD boy and most things need to stay in the same place! We have not lost one tupperware lid or misplaced a remote!

Overall, I am not a neat freak but love a cleam home.

We do not need two of the remotes, but they still need to be on the arm rest of the sofa.
