What’s your favorite thing to cook?

I am all for preparing a big meal for my family anytime! I just need the veggies to be chopped for initial prep work and the cleaning to be done later!

But my husband has specifically informed me not to cook much today since our garabage disposal inside our sink is not working properly! A silent happiness today as I have a one pot meal planned!

One thing in the US is the Indian restaurants open only at noon for lunch, and I miss the breakfast items! It is not the same when we eat the same option for lunch or dinner! I would say making Indian breakfast for my family is my favorite cooking thing!

Anyhow a tradition I follow, an Indian breakfast compulsory on Deepavali mornings!
