It’s changing!

Happy Republic Day to India and my friends and family in India.

I kept the promise I made myself this week, that I would walk outside half a mile if the temperatures reached above the freezing point! I made 1500 steps outside in the afternoon and it felt good! Hopefully I would achieve more as the snow melts! So baby steps for now!

The snow was melting and I could see grass and wood chips! Yes, it is going freeze tonight but the temperature is coming back to normal! My hope, February sun is much stronger and we would not have this many cold days! But the chance of snow is still there until March 2nd week! Let’s see if my prediction holds good!

I saw on news the rivers were frozen and I really was curious to see it! It is not new to me but that is Mother Nature’s wonder missing was not an option and off we went on the road!

The snow melts and gets frozen on these hills! A natural beauty!

A flowing river standstill because of a freeze! It is always a privilege to enjoy Mother Nature!

It was a not an easy week, but it is behind us and I look forward to a new week! Things don’t remain the same, change keeps happening! On a bad day if I talk to my mom, she would say the same thing! That is her belief!

A Christmas tree placed outside a public building was finally removed! I thought it was going to be there forever 😀!
