It is human to get irritated. Yes, a whole day can be irritating if things are not going according to plan. For me, I have tons of things planned for my boy for the week ahead and he can just not act on certain days. That is when my husband would say, leave him like that. I can be awfully irritated.
Anyhow after a long day, )it was a snow day for us), but a ton of things got accomplished with some kind of a mental checklist, I was still feeling irritated.
That is when around, 9 pm I was checking out my watch. I totally forgot to mention on my blog that I got a new fitbit. The new one does not show me how many floors I climbed up but it does have so many features. So, as I cooled myself, I started checking my watch out and I noticed it can do a basic ECG check up in 30 seconds. I successfully learnt how to operate the same and oh boy it was invigorating. Oh, my ECG results showed everything was normal, but me learning something new from my watch was an accomplishment. Finally an irritating day ended on a good note.

Thanks to so many of my fellow bloggers who have been doing JusJoJan, it motivated me to try it today. It felt apt.
