The Yellow Pages

I opened my my mail box! Not the email inbox but the snail mail! Inside it was a bright colorful book! Wow, Yellow pages! It has been a while since I saw one! Turning the telephone directory white pages and the yellow pages back of it was our pass time once! Imagine doing it again.

Do we really need these books? I do not know!

Anyhow during a time of AI and chatgpt this looks like a manuscript from the Mesopotamian Civilization!

    Are these still around? I remember people talking about 25 years ago that they are out of date, and it took a hile, but I don’t think these are around any longer…

    The Yellow Pages (and the White Pages), blasts from the past. The Yellow Pages used to have this tagline, “Let your fingers do the walking.” Well, my fingers still do the walking, but it’s on my keyboard with Google on my screen!
