When we have too many fruits and vegetables, life becomes complicated!
Eat fruit as a snack! I hear so many doctors and nutritionists! It is really hard to walk over to the fruit basket and grab one when you feel like munching.
Vegetables are better. Once cooked with salt and spice, the consumption becomes easy! Then, some are frozen amd cooked ones can be stored too. But fruits, unless you eat them, they rot amd show off themselves!
A challenge this week as I have filled up my fruit basket!

The pink wired basket was gifted to me when I went to India. These handmade baskets were made by ladies as a hobby when I was growing up. Now, it is being sold. I am not filling this basket with anything. But just my 80s era memories.
