Time to Vote

Do you need time?

My younger one a Gen Z kid cast his vote for the first time. I am proud of him.

Voting is a privilege. It takes atleast 30 to 45 minutes of our time to do the task. Yes, I needed to put aside that forty minutes just like an appointment with a doctor or a watching a show on Television. Glad I did my civic duty.

I have not missed any general elections since I became a citizen of this country. I hope not to miss any mid terms in the future.

I have always said, If you don’t use your right to vote, you lose the right to complain. I have been voting for 50 years now. I complain a lot. 8)
