Back to my garden

We left our garden orphaned and went to India. We left it’s fate to nature and made the trip. The tomatoes and the beans had given us some yield in July and August and we were happy. We know the bunnies would have a field day with so much silence. When my mom asked what happened to our garden in the morning after we landed, I told her. We didn’t check on it. Nearly 36 hours later, we were surprised to see red ripe tomatoes and big fat beans! Nature had kept doing it’s job.

The bunnies didn’t care much since we were not there to frighten or did they get scared by a stray cat that is roaming around! A million dollar question!Anyhow there are some more green tomatoes waiting to be harvested. Usually those do not ripen. Will be harvesting and making into a tasty side dish next week!😃

  1. Isn’t it amazing how we move between worlds in so little time, yet we adapt and just keep it moving. We are such resilient amazing beings 😊.
