My husband worked alone on the vegetable patch this year. We didn’t have much rain and watering the patch economically was the challenge!

Anyhow he harvested tomatoes and one did look like a snowman. I was sentimental and didn’t want to chop it but he was like, oh this is my hardwork and I don’t want to waste it by letting it just sit! So after the picture was taken, the snowman tomato became a part of our dinner.

I was thinking multiple ways to save it, but nothing came up and I just went along with him!

We visited a family friend last week. They too have problems with the critters. They have come up with some solutions and we did learn some tricks from them. So eagerly awaiting for next spring so we can jump into our garden and win our fight against our rabbits!
