Today, I successfully completed the Mindfulness and Wellbeing: Foundations course online. I followed the course instructor’s instructions to do the course slowly. I took my time and did not rush over it. It had a lot of practical exercises that I needed to follow. I then had to do a reflection on it.
So how did I do on my exercises? Oh, I was failing myself the first two weeks. Yes, I could not understand what they were trying to convey. By the time I reached the fourth week, it started making sense, and the course came to a close.
My mom the past few weeks has been asking me to explain what AI was. I think I can give her an example in this blog. At the end of the course, I was asked to write a reflection about the course. I finished the reflection, and then I was told AI would be checking up on the reflection. It would be scoring my reflection. AI, after a few minutes, gave me a perfect score. Even while I was taking quizzes, I did a mock test with AI-generated questions. It was really fun. If I made a mistake, it would humbly say that I was wrong.
My mindfulness journey is not going to stop here. I have learned there were two more courses that were part of that package. I have enrolled in them too. Hopefully, I will start getting the hang of mindfulness.

Being present for all the activities was one exercise. I enjoyed that. Hope you enjoy the two bugs inside the hibiscus as I did!
