What are you most excited about for the future?

The rabbits are literally living in our vegetable patch! They destroyed our bell peppers over the weekend. We would have been happy if they would have eaten them completely m. No ! They did not! They made a mess of it.

It is too late in the summer to fix anything. But we have decided to get a handyman or professional to fix our fences and do something. Yes, until that time I have decided to let the rabbits live there😊. Lesson learned: No cheap solution works for critters.

That is what I am excited about next summer/future . Maybe a critter free garden 🪴!

Yet, a minor battle victory. We got some beans and potatoes. The potatoes became dumplings and were deep fried and they tasted yummy 😋!

Kudos to my boy for exhibiting good impulse control. He deep fried and ate only when all was done. We do now know our garden yields good potatoes. But I have to be patient. A component of mindfulness that I need to practice.
