Jesus Datta Retreat Center

I developed a nighttime cough last week. I know that once I get this cough, it is going to last a couple more weeks. It is psychologically depressing. I needed to charge myself, and when I suggested to my husband that it was time to go to our guru’s ashram at West Sunbury, he immediately accepted the suggestion.

Jesus Datta Retreat Center is nestled in western Pennsylvania. I did not plan on taking any pictures. But when I walked towards the small temple, I saw Nila, the peacock, displaying his feathers. He may not sound great, but he looked beautiful.

We sang Guru Gita, meditated near the healing rocks and Shiva Lingam, and came home. I may still be coughing, but I do know I am energized.

Nice to know about this place of worship. So all the religions are practiced here.
Love your clicks especially the bird.

    1. Thanks! There is a Datta Temple but it is more of a retreat center. You can just go and pray and meditate on your own.
