What is your career plan?

My son has inherited cooking genes from his grandfather! Yes, it missed a generation.

I began teaching him cooking as a life skill. But the more I see, it looks like he can turn that into a career! Wow, there are so many who do not cook and restore to take out food.

With all his behaviors and sensory issues, it does look like a huge challenge but we didn’t expect to make it here even a few years ago. Why not imagine big?

His sense of taste and smell are beyond normal people. He would not touch food that doesn’t taste good 😃!

Yesterday we prepared Sambhar. He helped me make the powder and the sambhar itself. The task lasted nearly an hour and he patiently sat through it.

So my near term career path is creating a career for my son to become a chef😃.

Even if I do not reach the goal, I do want him to learn to cook for himself a tasty South Indian food that he loves.

I hope this is not to much to ask for and plan for!

Life is full of surprises and my son showed me one! Let’s wait and see!
