The letter for today is X. I have never been to a place beginning with X, as far as I can remember. But I have been to a place that has an X in it, and that is what I am going to write about.
My family, or should I say my dad, my husband, and my younger son, love everything about the weather. I am also curious about it, but I am not a die-hard fan like them. When we moved to Pennsylvania, we had to visit the Weather Capital of the World, Punxsutawaney.

Every year on February 2nd, Phil, the groundhog comes out of it’s hibernation and predicts if it is going to be an early spring or not. Thousands gather on that day to see it live in action. The little town in Pennsylvania is crowded. If you think we were there on February 2nd, yes, we were—not once but twice. But both times, we went after the extravagant event was over. Then, when my parents visited us, we took our dad to this holy weather place. In fact, we missed a weather channel anchor by just a few minutes. Otherwise, we would have taken pictures. Anyhow, my younger son did get an autographed picture of the anchor. If you ask me, or even him, where is it? We both have no clue.

While I was searching for places that had an X, I stumbled upon expressways. Did you know expressways and highways are different? I learned all about it here.

I do not think I have anything more to write with the letter X.
The A-Z Challenge takes a break on Sundays. Just two more letters to go. Y and Z for Monday and Tuesday, and I would have completed a huge challenge. Thanks for stopping by.
So for A-Z Challenge in April X is Punxsutawney and Expressways.
