What are the 4 hormones of happiness?

 Dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin. You can boost levels of these hormones with some simple lifestyle changes, like diet, exercise, and meditation, and possibly improve your mood in the process.

I had to google to find the neurotransmitters that give us joy.😊

I am a person who is happy for small and tiny things. I sometimes feel I have an excess of some of these neurotransmitters.

Beautiful spring day, the smell of fresh flowers, the sound of flowing water, devotional music all make me happy.

So today when my boy won first place in his division at Special Olympics Skills Clinic, I messaged my friend that I was in a high. Yes, it was a level beyond joy.

I am a joyful person but today I am in a bit of high by God’s blessings and going to soak in that for sometime.
