Spring Cleaning

This was a hectic week but a lot of spring cleaning was done. My husband was out in the yard trying to do some work. We may need outside help, but he has began the work. Meanwhile, I was picking up dresses that were not worn in ages. Our favorite charity is Vietnam Veterans. They come home and pick it up. It was also a very big day yesterday as we dismantled our indoor basketball hoop after 8 years. My special boy learnt a lot using this and it was his brother who was sentimental in not wanting to remove it. But both my boys have outgrown it and I hope it helps another kid since it is just collecting dust.

Putting up 8 years ago, took a long time to put up but was dismantled so fast 😊

Life moves and on that is what spring cleaning always means. Next month I am participating in A to Z challenge and I am blogging about my travel. But the next few months we have no plans to travel and as I look into summer, the hotel rooms are really expensive. I am doing something wrong maybe and need to change dates or places. Finding good hotel deals is something that brings up an enthusiasm in me, so going to have fund doing that for the next couple of weeks. Hey, I deserve with all the work done inside the house.

  5. I admire you for making the time for the A-Z.
I don’t think I could succeed, not while working my job, but retirement is now in sight so we’ll see how the future unfolds.
