It looks as if my son has a spell put on him, that he is attracted or pulled towards just one fast food chain for pizza. If you think it would be pizza hut, I am really sorry you are wrong, he is too crazy about Subway.

I don’t think even many would be aware of the availability of a small pan size pizza at Subway shops.

It all started when he started going there after a haircut to get a cookie. It was just next door and soon we learnt they had pizza. Then a packet of chips and soda was added and this has been schedule not just for an after haircut treat but dining, in general.

So, my thought process is why does he ask for Subway pizza? We have a small pizza hut inside our Target and he does not pick the pizzas but just the bread sticks there! Maybe the taste is different? Anyhow I have never tasted this Subway pizza. I have always felt guilty when I buy this gluten, casein loaded processed food to my boy. I also hate the smell so I cannot compare it to other pizzas.

Anyhow there are two points I think would make him want to go to Subway. He gets to eat the whole pizza (as the rest of us eat a bland veggie foot long). This is one store that sells Mrs. Vickie’s Jalapeno Chips. As I have tasted the chip, I think this maybe the motivation to go in there since, he picks it up every time. Yes, the chips are yummy and not too spicy just a tangy taste.

By the way not all stores sell this pizza. Usually this is a tricky situation when we travel. If we are lucky we end up getting one or if not we may have a small tantrum or meltdown. He just learns self regulation inside a subway shop.

I opened up my WordPress reader for today and the prompt word subway showed up. I could have written about our multiple trips on subway in Boston but I just wrote about Subway sandwich shop! That is how our family is bonded with Subway stores. Maybe an executive will read my blog and send me a discount coupon? Ha Ha, I do not know but Subway is definitely part of our lives.
