What makes a good leader?

The same prompt was given twice past year but in a different way and I wrote about it already. First, I am a team player but then the next prompt I answered I was a leader. If you have the extra time you can check it out here! (Ha, ha, not many have that time to spare!)

Anyhow the question is not about me but “what makes a good leader?”

I would opportunity needs to be presented with a task. The leader needs support from the team and finally for success hardwork is needed and of course luck and blessings from all sources are needed.

The leader in turn has to be comfortable around his team and in no way boast himself. He should also not feel bad if there are failures in his beginning stages and definitely not blame his team.

Okay, I do not have a degree in psychology or administration so that is all I could come up with!

It is a snow day and looks like I am just going to enjoy the same and not worry about leadership and qualties.

Anyhow me and my boy have started a ten day, 10 dosa challenge to keep us engaged this cold boring January.
