Last week of September began our biggest project of the year. It ended exactly two weeks later! Entire house in and out was painted. Our house is now colorful and it really laid the foundation to my two week Navaratri festival!

It was a project in itself to hang all my favorite wall hangings and these expensive pictures are shining more brighter than ever.
A week of getting ready for Navarathri got my younger one home and he was a buddy to his brother for the last game of the season. The last game was too cold but it was fun in every way!

Then came Navaratri and it was therapy overload for my boy with regard to socializing. We made stuffed animals but my guests loved his Indian puzzles more than the dolls.

Now that was done Wednesday, the past three days we have been putting away the dolls and cleaning the house. I had ten days worth of laundry to fold and I made a vow, I would write a blog only after the last piece of laundry was put away.
Yes, I finally did it half hour ago😊. My house is back to normal.
Yes, getting back to normal is important since my boy’s activities now become a priority. My husband and my boy helped me a lot that the dolls are put back safely so they could have their walking space back in our house.
My special one really enjoyed going to mall yesterday to get a new pair of shoes and eating out the past two days. Yes, the past 5 weeks, going shopping was in the back burner 😃!We have also picked up on his cooking and other activities will resume soon.
I am much more relaxed in November and December since Thanksgiving and Christmas are not a big deal for me. I do not invite people. We also do not travel much because of the weather and it is usually much local.
I am really tired of house renovations projects. 2023, we had so much done I hope and pray we do not do anything at all in the near future! I really need that break! In fact changing a light bulb itself looks huge.
Last November, I blogged every day. I picked up prompts provided by other bloggers. This is a great way to meet new bloggers. I hope to do it again this year.
Monday, we will be celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary! It has been a long journey with so many twists and turns. Life itself is not easy but we have our share of complications and we have been handling to the best of our ability! The number 27 is not unique in anyway but every year is a privilege and I am thankful! So will be ending up October with an Anniversary celebration and of course Halloween 🎃!

Natalie is back after a break, so happy to share this for her Weekend Coffee Share!
