Irene looked up at the clock and saw that it was five minutes past seven.

She was so tired after work that she thought she could take a quick nap for a few minutes but she did not expect to sleep for more than two hours. Her mind was raising thinking about her toddler, and the dinner she had to prepare for her husband and three kids. She rushed to the first floor kitchen and had a pleasant surprise. The table was set and her toddler was on her high chair. Her older boy and girl were making cheese sandwiches and Dad was stirring tomato noodle soup. She could hear her husband’s sweet voice say ” Honey, did you sleep well?” Irene had to pinch herself to see if it was a dream. It was not! She replied,” Yes, I did”. I have to believe in my kids and husband and let them do things. She thought to herself and sat down on a chair. Her kids served a bowl of hot soup and warm sandwiches. Life was good.
