What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I am writing this blog around 11.30pm nearing midnight. I had half a cup of some left over coffee around 6 pm and I am paying the price for it. So this I should not do for a healthy lifestyle 😊.

I try to eat healthy. Being a vegetarian I eat lot of veggies and fruits. I have also cut down drastically on my junk food intake.

I walk 10,000 steps a day. My fitbit congratulates me saying 5 Day exercise goal crushed and I feel proud about it. It warns me when I have not moved for more than 45 minutes and tries to keep me under control.

I have joined a yoga class, I listen to meditation music, I relax myself watching TV and give my brain some rest.

It looks like I have a great lifestyle is it not?

Some of the things have now become an obsession for me, that I get nervous if I miss something. So it is fine if I do not make 10,000 steps a day or indulge myself in a large milkshake. Every day need not be perfect.

So with that in mind I am not feeling guilty about going to be bed late or being up browsing my phone. That coffee tasted good and I am not feeling guilty about it. It is just one day and I can catch up regular schedule tomorrow.😃
