Chole Bhature

What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?

I have to confess I am a foodie. But for the past two years I have been dieting lost a good amount of weight.

Okay so what is the dish I have craved most? I think I would call this the most delicious food I have ever eaten. It is Chole Bhature a punjabi dish. The chole part is all chick pea side dish but the Bhature is all a bread deep fried in oil and full of saturated fat 😀. A glass of sweet lassi after this dish in a restaurant is what I always craved. But with all my calorie counting I have let go of this much tasty food .

I make this chole or channa or chick peas at home and eat with rice but the same happiness is not there. The deep fried bread gives the happiness no other food has given me 😀😀. Why do all the tasty food fall into the unhealthy category? Something to think 🤔 about?

  1. My favorite too. Maybe if we reduce quantity and change other items of the day to healthy it won’t remain as unhealthy 😋

This sounds genuinely odd, why all tasty food items lies in unhealthy category, something to think, or it must be the other way, food items gets tasty while making it unhealthy, just following the say ” have to sacrifice something to get something” , maybe , but yes , something to be thought of
