This week’s incident stirred up an outcry for gun regulation. Along with this more research into mental health in children is needed. An idle mind is the devil’s workshop which created a perfect storm to happen. The start of vacation may give relief to many parents but what is going to happen as school starts again. Let’s wait to see what plans our lawmakers have.
I just hope they outlaw those assault rifles and do background checks. I pray something changes before another mass shooting happens.

I agree – so much needs to change in regards to mental wellness for everyone. I feel like there’s a big gap in creative outlets that we need to help more kids connect with healthier outlets and coping skills.
